    The Palma Sola Village Homeowners' Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to maintaining and improving our community. Membership is mandatory, but our low HOA dues remain competitive compared to surrounding neighborhoods. These funds are used for essential services like street lighting, common area landscaping, and community events.
